We offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and security tags intact. Please note that prescription lenses and customized frames are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your eyewear in its original case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included before sealing the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
